It was a very clean and pretty hotel; and, in a good location. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I called the night before my stay to request the two rooms I booked be close together. When I arrived, the lady I spoke with was working again and she had made sure our rooms were adjoining. Outstanding!

The location was amazing! There are so many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. The parking for the hotel is free, so you can just walk to wherever you want to go without worrying about paying.

Beds comfy, breakfast food and Starbucks coffee great, very convenient to be able to walk a few steps to downtown Duluth.

The property is beautiful, the staff are the best and give tips and recommendations for dining and stores to visit. The best thing is that we were in walking distance to everything. I love not having to drive after enjoying dinner with drinks and friends. We go to a concert at Eddie Owens Red Clay Theatre every time and that makes for a perfect weekend.

Very new, very clean - great parking - great location - near a ton of places to shop and eat. Really loved the location and the type of room that I had.

I love walking across the street and have variety places to eat. A playground and water fountain for my Grandson.

The location! I felt safe traveling with my two girls. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Convenient to restaurants (walking distance), very clean, extremely quiet, and hotel check in with Shannon was a great experience (quick, informative, and nice). Beds comfortable too!

The Gym is awesome and very clean! The rooms looked brand new and were very also clean. Parking was close and great!! (Felt safe) All hotel staff i interacted with was very kind and sweet. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
